Who Is The Fed Chick?

Kristee Hall resides in Texas. She first got the idea for her business after her experience in the federal government. She noticed that resources were limited or not
available to her at certain pay grade levels and decided to pursue unconventional options to obtain a better understanding of what careerfield she desired in the federal service. First, she entered the government as an intern at the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD),Single Family (SF) Housing Programs (2002), when she was faced with her first challenge. The Program of being detailed to another office within the Housing Agency to learn a different career path. Upon returning to her home office, there seemed to be confusion and uncertainty about where she stood in her home office, SF Housing. After seeking guidance from the Union and a senior employee, she decided to begin to apply for other federal positions. She interviewed and got a promotion at the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ), Community Oriented Policing Services (COPS) Office as a Grants Management Specialist, where she spent time developing and building her reputation as an entry to senior level specialist (2003-2006). She left DOJ after realizing that there was a delay in being promoted as promised by leadership at the Bureau of Justice Assistance (BJA) at DOJ after six months of employment. Kristee then received another opportunity at the U.S. National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA, 2007-2014), as the Lead Program Specialist for the Cooperative Institute Program at the Oceanic and Atmospheric Research (OAR). During this time, Kristee was able to complete a leadership program and obtain a level 1 Contractor Officer Representative (COR) certification, upon taking free courses at the Federal Acquisition Institute to make herself marketable to more opportunities in a different career path within the federal service. After working at NOAA, she moved to Texas in 2014 after being selected for a Grants Management Specialist position at the U.S.

Client Mission

I want to build a clientele that is not just a one time client.  I want to establish a relationship and follow them during their federal career and celebrate your successes.  I don’t believe in doing sessions or a service and leaving you cold turkey.  Having a great team of support is vital in life in general, so I would like to forever be the federal career coach for you and your network.

I made the decision to move forward as a Federal Etiquette Coach so that I can prepare or enhance my clients’ federal workforce knowledge.  Some ways to do this includes knowledge about the: federal government environment, importance of credit and life insurance, USAJob announcement analysis, interview tips; emotional intelligence and various topics that will lead to a successful federal career.

Life coaching given from the perspective of a long working federal employee for Federal government career advancement/enhancement.  Adding much care, concern to fellow federal civilian employees by creating a personal perspective to every clients’ career, personal and creative goals.  Giving a various level of service from resume examination, analysis and announcement analysis, career guidance, personal guidance and etiquette empowering exercises in an individual or group environment.

My goal is to give a realistic federal perspective to each client to discover their core values, morale, what matters the most and how my services would broaden their current lifestyle perspective.  Knowing that most of us are a product of our environments, I am sensitive to every clients’/groups experiences and give them a platform to be open and candid.
